How to set up log-based measurement

Overview

Adara maintains a list of pre-approved log sources (vendors). Setting up log-based measurement with these sources takes a one-time setup per source:

1. Set Up Data Feed: the vendor starts sending the log data to Adara via a data connection (feed)

• The Advertiser requests data feed from Vendor

• The vendor sets up the data feed and gives access to Adara

• Adara validates the data feed and starts processing the data

2. Data Mapping: the Advertiser decides how their data will be grouped in the Impact Dashboard

3. Report Creation: logs are converted into reports; if historical data was provided then these are processed retro-actively. New data is processed on a regular cadence.

If your vendor is not on the pre-approved list, then Adara needs to approve your vendor first.
