Q:What is new in the latest release of Adara Impact?
The new Adara Impact has the ability to measure first party data that allows us to step away from 3rd party cookies, which are going away next year. It also has a new, user friendly, and an intuitive UI.
The ability to support first-party measurement is the first step to a full user experience that we are in the process to develop in order for you to have a seamless experience in onboarding first-party data and seeing the results within Impact.
At this time, full end-to-end first-party data measurement support is limited to measurement consortium customers, but if you would like to test this feature or would like to know more please reach out to your Adara representative.
Q:How does the new release of Adara Impact help me?
- Once the 3rd party cookies go away, it won’t be possible to track intent like it is done today. With the new Adara Impact, we will be ready for the cookie-less world.
- Impact's new UI is easy-to-use and will help you make decisions faster and achieve you KPIs more easily.
Q:Are there any new features being introduced in this release?
Yes, here are some of the new features
· Side bar – Introduction of the side bar allows a more intuitive user-experience when exploring the insights
· Deep Links – No Matter where you are on the site, you can directly come to the overview page
· Page Download Option – Download the Full Page or Reader-friendly Individual graphs at a click of button
· Pixel Archival - Archive pixels that are not used anymore
· User and Role Management - Admins can now add and remove users and create role functions.
Q:What are the steps I need to take to migrate to the new version?
Your accounts will be automatically migrated and access will be granted.
Adara Impact has found a new home at impact.adara.com.

Q:I am already subscribed on the existing version. Will there be an additional fee for the new version?
There will be no additional fee for transitioning to the new version of Impact.
Q:Will I lose any data from the old version?
No, all the past insights will remain as is, with some improvements.
Q:Is there a demo / product walk-through available?
As you log into the new application, you will be greeted with a walk-through of the new application.
Q:Will the new release affect the performance of the platform?
We expect more stability with the new version of Adara Impact
Q:Can I choose to stay on the old version?
We will have both versions running for a period of 3 months, after which the old version will be removed from public access.
